First of all – yay! I’m so excited you’re interested in booking with me.
You can either head to my Book Online page to submit your booking request, or Contact Me directly via email. Once I receive your enquiry, I’ll be in touch to confirm availability and lock in your booking.
If you’re unsure which service to choose or have any special requests, just reach out – I’m always happy to help.
Yes – to secure your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your date is not confirmed until this has been received.
The remaining balance is due at least 4 weeks before your booking date. If a cancellation is made within 4 weeks of your appointment, the full payment is still required.
Once your final payment has been made, it’s also non-refundable, as we’ve reserved that time just for you and turned away other work to ensure we’re available for your booking.
We understand that things can change unexpectedly, and we’ll always do our best to support you – but these policies help us keep things fair for both our clients and our team.
Please wash your hair the night before your appointment (or the morning of if it gets oily quickly). Make sure it’s completely dry before we begin styling. Avoid using heavy conditioners, oils, or leave-in products, - clean, dry hair holds shape much better. Feel free to dry your hair with a hair dryer but do not use any hot tools on your hair the day of your appointment.
Stick to your usual skincare routine on the day of your appointment - simply cleanse and moisturise as you normally would in the morning. Please avoid applying SPF, facial oils, or rich creams right before your appointment, as these can interfere with how the makeup adheres to the skin and how long it lasts.
In the weeks and months leading up to your event, it’s best not to introduce any new skincare products or treatments, especially if your skin isn’t used to them. This helps avoid unexpected reactions or breakouts and ensures your skin is in its best, most stable condition for the big day.
Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to bring a friend or two along if you’d like a second opinion or just some company. There’s absolutely no pressure - this time is all about you and making sure you feel your best.
If you could kindly let me know in advance, I’ll make sure there’s enough space to accommodate everyone comfortably.
Yes, travel fees apply for all bookings outside my studio in Glenhaven and are based on distance (return travel). Rates reflect the time it takes to prep, travel, unload, and set up our full professional kits. Travel usually requires two artists, especially for larger bookings. I’m happy to provide an exact quote once you share your prep location.
Totally up to you, there’s no one-size-fits-all here! Some people feel more comfortable locking in their look months in advance, which gives you peace of mind and helps everything feel organised early. Others prefer to book their trial a little closer to the wedding (around 4–8 weeks out), so the style is fresh and reflective of your current taste.
Whatever suits your vibe best, I’m here to guide you and make it fun. Trials are held Monday to Thursday, so we can take our time without any weekend rush.
In the unlikely event that I’m unable to attend your booking, please rest assured. I’ll organise for an equally experienced artist from my trusted team to take care of you. You’ll still receive the same level of care, quality, and professionalism we’re known for.
A full continuity breakdown of your look will be created and passed on to the artist, so every detail is consistent and true to what we’ve planned together.
All the artists I work with have experience in professional industry settings like film, TV, and theatre, so you can feel confident knowing they’ll be able to recreate your look to the highest standard.
Yes, absolutely! I offer professional hair and makeup services for groups of all sizes, whether it’s for formals, photo shoots, expos, special events, or even a fun night out.
I also run group makeup lessons (perfect for parties or a girls' night in) and offer pro artist education for those wanting to level up their skills.
Whether it’s for fun, learning, or a full glam moment, I’ve got you covered.
I recommend getting your spray tan two full days before your event. This allows time for the colour to fully develop and settle, and for you to have two good showers before the day. This helps prevent any unwanted transfer onto clothing (especially wedding dresses!) and ensures a more natural, even finish.
If it’s your first spray tan, I highly suggest doing a trial run a few weeks earlier. This gives you a chance to see how it wears on your skin and how deep you like the colour.
Just be sure your trial tan has completely faded before getting another tan for your event – we usually recommend 2–3 weeks between tans to avoid any patchiness or uneven results.
I recommend having any brow shaping or facial waxing done at least 7 days before your event. Waxing removes the top layer of skin, so your skin needs time to fully heal. If it’s done too close to the event, makeup may not adhere properly, and the area can appear patchy or uneven.
If you're trying a new shape or treatment for the first time, it’s a good idea to do a trial run weeks or even better months ahead to make sure you're happy with the results and your skin reacts well.
