Service Description
Travel Fee Policy We’re thrilled to offer our high-quality hair and makeup services no matter where you are! To keep things transparent and fair, travel fees apply for bookings outside our studio in Glenhaven, NSW. These fees help cover the time, fuel, tolls, and costs involved in transporting myself, any assisting artists, and our full kit and setup. Standard Travel Rates (per artist) These fees are based on return travel from Glenhaven: 0–15 km – $160 15–20 km – $180 20–30 km – $200 30–40 km – $220 40–50 km – $240 These rates reflect bookings that require at least two artists and factor in our preparation, travel, unloading/setup time, and return. Parking Any parking fees (such as hotel or CBD locations) will also be charged to the client. Extended Travel (Over 50 km) For bookings beyond 50 km, a customised quote will be provided. This may include: Accommodation costs (if necessary) Flights or interstate transport (if required) Additional Notes Travel fees are charged per artist. If your booking includes multiple artists, total travel costs will be quoted upfront. We’re always happy to provide a customised quote for remote or unique locations to keep your day seamless and stress-free.
Cancellation Policy
Accurate Booking: Ensure you book the correct date, time, and location. Please provide the exact time you wish to be ready by, as this determines our scheduling. Incorrect date bookings will require you to re-book and pay a new deposit. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date and time are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. It is the client’s responsibility to review and ensure that all booking details, including the date and time, are correct. We encourage you to double-check this information to avoid any issues. Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the booking date require full payment of the remaining balance due to the limited availability of dates. Trial Sessions: Trial sessions are available and highly recommended to perfect your look before the big day. These can be booked separately. Travel Fees: Travel fees may apply for locations outside a specified radius. Please inquire for details. Changes to Booking: Notify us promptly of any changes to the booking, such as the number of people or appointment times. Additional fees may apply for late changes. Payment Methods: A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date in my calendar. Full payment is required minimum 4 weeks prior to your Booking Day. Payment instructions will be provided during the booking process. Health and Safety: We follow strict health and safety protocols, sanitizing all tools and products. Please inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities in advance. Liability Waiver: By using our services, you accept a waiver releasing Ellie May and her team from liability for any adverse reactions. We use professional-grade products, but individual sensitivities can vary. Artist Replacement: If Ellie May is unable to attend your booking, an equally skilled artist will be arranged to provide your hair and makeup services.
